GENEROCITY MEDIA ACQUIRES MEDIAONE TO FORM FIRST MEDIA NETWORK FOCUSED ON GIVING

SAN FRANCISCO, CA. – March 27, 2008 - Generocity Media, a newly formed lifestyle media company focused on giving, announced today the acquisition of MediaOne Services, the largest independent broadcast and digital media video platform in the San Francisco Bay Area.   MediaOne, now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Generocity Media, will provide the production, origination and transmission platform for this emerging global brand.

MediaOne’s capabilities include the full range of capture, origination and delivery of video content worldwide, 24 hours a day, via fiber, satellite and the Internet.  In addition, MediaOne will launch a digital studio to capitalize on content opportunities -- developed in-house and from outside sources.
